During 2005, 446 young people, of CYC age and older, completed an online survey. The purpose of the survey was:

1. To identify and assess the prevalence of moral issues facing our youth in these last days; and

2. To better understand how effective help might be offered by the Brotherhood.

The results of the survey have been presented to arranging brethren, parents, and youth internationally. In discussions arising from these presentations there has been much encouragement to reach out to our youth. A website has been created, www.cycresource.com, to offer helpful resources to both youth leaders and to those struggling.

So far we have held three different Youth Summits:

1. Let Us Rise - (www.letusrise.com) Our first Youth Summit was held on February 24, 2007, in Randolph, New Jersey. Bro. Dev Ramcharan (Toronto-West, ON), and Bro. Ralph DiLiberto (Finger Lakes, NY) co-led the day.
2. Caring for our Youth - (www.cycresource.com/caringforouryouth.html) Our second Youth Summit was held on February 16-17th, 2008, in Los Angeles. Brethren Nathan Badger, Ralph Diliberto, Jonathan Midgett and Ryan Mutter co-led the day.
3. Feed my Sheep - (www.cycresource.com/feedMySheep.html) Our third Youth Summit was held on February 28th-March 1st, 2009, in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. Brethren Nathan Badger, Ben Brinkerhoff, Ralph Diliberto, Bill Lawrence and Bill Link Jr. co-led the day.

All three Youth Summits were very beneficial to all those who attended which has now resulted in our fourth Youth Summit to be held Lord willing in September 11th-12th, 2010 in Los Angeles, California. This Youth Summit will address communication. Our focus is on how we can support and be effective helpers for those who are struggling with emotional challenges such as depression, anxiety, guilt and other related issues.
