Resource Kit Writers will develop a kit providing spiritual and psychological advice on a given subject. A kit template, designed to guide and assist the writing process, is available upon request.

Resource Kit Editors will read over compiled kits, ensuring content is applicable, helpful and relevant. Editors will make suggestions to help strengthen the contents of the kit.

Involved Leaders will deliver resource kit content and analyzed survey results to other youth leaders in their region. Additionally, they will gather feedback from their audience to ensure kits are relevant, helpful and are being used properly.

Support Team Leaders will help 'Involved Leaders' with content delivery and/or communication with local ecclesias. Primarily these leaders will work with their own ecclesia and youth group to help and support their young people.
